Warranty Policy

Warranty of our items differs per brand and category. For warranty duration, please refer to the individual product listing. It would be under the "Specifications" tab.

 

To be able to claim your warranty, your item/s must be complete and in its original packaging. Learn more about our warranty process below.

 

What is your warranty policy?

 

Products purchased from our online platform are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship, which varies by brand and category. You can view warranty information for specific brands below.

 

Purchase online

 

● The following reasons also apply to warranty claims:

(1) If the item is damaged/defective/faulty after being removed from the packaging and is within the warranty period

(2) The item delivered does not match the order/sales invoice

 

● For returns, customers are requested to send the defective item back to our service station. After the service station receives the item, please allow 3-5 working days for inspection. If your warranty item is determined to have a manufacturing defect within 7 days of the delivery date, we will promptly replace it for you. The replacement process takes approximately 1-2 weeks.

 

What reasons may void my warranty?

 

(1) Change of mind
(2) Out of warranty
(3) Natural wear and tear of the product
(4) Neglect/misuse
(5) Cosmetic damage caused by the end user, including scratches and dents
(6) Modifications and repairs by unauthorized service providers
(7) Incomplete packaging and accessories when returned
(8) Failure to produce proof of purchase

 

How long does it take to repair?

 

The timeline will begin upon receipt of the unit:

Step 1: Diagnosis (4-6 business days)

Step 2: Repair/replacement processing:

● Apple: 2-4 weeks
● Other brands: 3-5 weeks (depending on parts availability)

 

Are replaced parts covered by warranty?

 

For products where a specific part is repaired/replaced, the service fee and the replaced part are warranted for 90 days from the date of repair or the remaining warranty period from the original purchase date (or original delivery date for online purchases), whichever is longer.

 

Does the warranty start over after a replacement?

 

Warranty coverage is based on your original purchase date (or original delivery date for online purchases), so even after a replacement we will still honor the remainder of the original warranty period.
